When you encounter a problem while working with caisy or have another question that is not answered in the documentation or the FAQ, you’ll find an icon in the shape of a speaking bubble (1) in the lower left corner (right above the button that leads to your personal section). By clicking on this icon a small window opens up where you can ask your questions in a chat window and one of the team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
